On-Demand Digital Courses: Learn at your own pace with our library of fun, interactive video lessons and downloadable playbooks. Each course module covers key mental skills like goal setting, visualisation, relaxation and concentration, with engaging exercises and real sports examples. It’s a perfect option for busy athletes – you can watch bite-sized videos anytime and practice new mental techniques on your own schedule. The courses are designed to be motivating and easy to follow, so athletes stay interested while building confidence and focus step by step.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Work directly with Dano in person (Melbourne area) for personalised mental high performance coaching. In these one-on-one sessions, we focus on your specific goals and challenges – whether it’s overcoming pre-game nerves, bouncing back from setbacks, or finding your zone under pressure. Dano uses proven strategies and mentorship to help you develop mental toughness, strong self-belief, and a positive mindset. Sessions are upbeat, supportive and tailored to your age, sport and personality. Parents are welcome to be involved in initial meetings, ensuring everyone is comfortable with the process. This face-to-face coaching is great for athletes who thrive with individual guidance and want a custom game plan for their mental game.
